What is the graduation brochure?
A professionally printed commemorative brochure celebrating your graduation ceremony, designed as a keepsake for graduates and their families.
Who can order a brochure?
Anyone with the shop link can order — graduates, family members, and friends. You don’t need to attend the ceremony to place an order.
When do I need to order by?
The shop is open for a limited time after the ceremony. The closing date is clearly shown on the shop page. Once the shop closes, no further orders can be accepted.
Do I need to order on the day of graduation?
No. You can order anytime while the shop is open, but we recommend ordering as soon as possible to avoid missing the deadline.
When will my brochure be printed?
Brochures are printed after the shop closes, once all orders have been received. This allows us to print only what’s needed and keep costs down.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are usually dispatched 7–10 working days after the shop closes. UK delivery via Royal Mail typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because brochures are printed on demand, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the shop has closed. However, up until this time you are free to cancel and re-order within the shop. Once the shop closes no orders can be cancelled or amended.
What if my brochure arrives damaged or faulty?
If your brochure arrives damaged or with a printing issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Is this an official University publication?
Yes. This brochure is designed, managed and created by City St George's whilst the brochures themselves are produced and delivered by Rapidity Communications Limited.
Why is the brochure printed on demand?
Printing on demand helps reduce waste, ensures accurate final content, and allows us to offer a high-quality keepsake at a fair price.
