By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, and

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

3. Products

We sell print-on-demand and made-to-order printed products.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, minor variations may occur, including colour differences due to screen displays or print processes.

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Most of our products are made to order and may be personalised or customised based on information, artwork, or designs you provide.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • All text, images, and designs are accurate

  • You have the legal right to use any content you submit

  • Submitted content does not infringe third-party rights

Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or cancelled except where required by law.

5. Ordering Process

An order is placed when you complete checkout and submit payment.

A contract between you and us is formed only when we accept your order and begin production.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

6. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise

  • Prices include VAT where applicable

  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout

Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Payments are processed securely through our ecommerce platform and payment providers.

We do not store full payment card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates only and are provided in good faith.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by you

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

8. Cancellation Rights

Made-to-Order and Personalised Products

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised.

As our products are produced specifically to your order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Standard Products

Where a product is not personalised or made to order, you may have a 14-day right to cancel in accordance with consumer law.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at talktome@rapidity.com within a reasonable time.

Where appropriate, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Provide a refund

10. Returns

Returns are only accepted where:

  • Goods are faulty or incorrect, or

  • You are legally entitled to cancel

We may require photographic evidence before agreeing to a return.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our permission.

By submitting content for printing, you grant us a limited licence to use that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

12. Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to this, our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits or business

  • Errors in content supplied by you

13. Website Use

You must not misuse our website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website if these Terms are breached.
